Shipping Policies

Our shipping prices vary depending on weight.

Items weight that are added to the basket will combine and the suitable postage option will display at checkout.

Parcels are sent with Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD.

Please note the delivery days indicated below are from the day of dispatch and not from when the order was placed.

We try and dispatch as quick as possible - but during busy periods like festive occasions or after a launch of a new design - our dispatch can be 1-2 extra days. Please also note pre-order items will only by shipped once received from our suppliers a rough estimate of delivery date is usually mentioned in the description.

We have a Standard postage option, which can be delivery between 3-7 working days [Mon -Sat] (please allow extra time during busy & festive seasons - please note these delays are by the courier company)

Premium delivery option - delivery between 1-2 working days (Mon - Fri) - Please note Premium delivery is not a next day delivery option.

Premium delivery - gives priority packing of your order and express postage.

Premium Delivery excludes Northern Ireland - Scottish Highlands - Offshore Isles.  Please select the correct postage option for these locations.

We do not deliver to Ireland - Postage options will be available at checkout. 

Sometime parcels can be delayed, dispute our best efforts to dispatch quickly. We appreciate your patience and will help you in this matter. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they input the correct address for shipping. We will not be responsible for any parcels which are returned and not delivered due to the customer inputting an incomplete or incorrect address. Postage labels are auto generated from orders - and mistakes on the address cannot always be noticed.

We will however assist you and help you resolve this, but postage will need to be paid again to re send the parcel.

DAMAGE PARCEL

We use the above chosen couriers for our parcels - due to their good service on delivery. They have been amazing on delivering high volumes of parcels. for our company.

However - in the unfortunate event that your parcel is received damaged-which has damaged the contents - then please contact us immediately.

- We will require photographs of the outer packaging.

- We will require photographs of the damaged products

Without this we are unable to assist. We will assess the Photographs provided and respond to you on further action.

LOST PARCEL

In the unfortunate even that your parcel is lost in transit-or a delivery dispute- then please contact us immediately - Within 7 days of order dispatch.

- We will not be able to send a refund or replacement - until the courier conducts an investigation and gives their outcome.

Investigation can take up-to 14 days -please be patient.

In the case of DPD - you will be required to sign a legal form confirming you have not received the parcel. Without this being completed we cannot assist you.
